Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 3 days upon reception of the full payment into the Bali Balance account. The shipping information (AWB) will be sent to you by Bali Balance, so you can track your order. Following credit authorisation and verification, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days.  This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Courier does not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address. If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
